As promised here is a super quick and tasty topping for your salads or just great as a snack on their own. Play around with different seasonings to create a variety of flavors.
Ingredients:
1-14.5oz can chickpeas; drained, rinsed and dried well
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons seasoning of choice (I used my homemade ranch seasoning)
Directions:
In a bowl mix together the dried chickpeas, olive oil and seasoning. Stir well to coat all the chickpeas well.
Add to your air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Time will depend on your air fryer and how crunch you want them. You can even go longer for very crunchy ones.
Once cooled, store in an air tight container at room temperature.
*can also cook in the oven at 400 degrees.
