I’ve been craving creamy, cheesy spinach and salmon so I thought why not combine them. This made for a quick and easy dinner. The best part is I made the topping earlier in the day, cooled it and then just put it on top of the salmon right before baking. So you can even make that part a day or two ahead for a quick weeknight meal.
If you have not tried cooking in your salmon in the air fryer you don’t even know what you are missing! This is mine and my sisters favorite way to cook it! But you can also use the oven as well.
Tip: not everyone is your house love fish? My husband will eat literally anything I feed him but does not love fish so I will make him chicken or beef instead but I usually make things like this that can work with any protein. This way everyone enjoys the meal and it takes only a minute longer to make different protein sources. See note below if using chicken for this.
