Let’s be honest, most people, myself included, chicken is the one most common protein we make weekly but it becomes boring really quick. So change it up. Here is a quick chicken recipe. It’s also a great way to add more veggies to your meal, which is the other most common struggle.
I served it alongside lentil pasta tossed in garlic, olive oil and more veggies. But serve it with whatever sides you like.
