Ever have one of those nights where you have a plan for dinner but get home and realize some of the ingredients went bad or you forgot part of what you needed? Or in this case a little blend of both.
So I looked at what I was going to make and just winged it- pun intended. So there is no exact recipe for this but more of a “this is what I used because it’s what I had.” And the best part? It tasted soooo good! And it’s easy enough you don’t need an exact recipe. Just use what you like and how much of it you want.
Ingredients:
Smoked; shredded pork
Wing sauce
Baked potatoes
Celery; chopped
Red onion; chopped
Bell pepper; chopped
Cilantro; chopped
Feta cheese
Directions:
Mix in a bowl the chopped veggies and cilantro.
Mix the pork with the wing sauce.
Cut the baked potato.
Top with the pork, veggies and finish off with the feta.
