I’ve shared my favorite baked mac and cheese in the past (Hazel’s Mac and Cheese) but I have been working on an easy crockpot one and I think I finally have it perfected! I’ve taken this camping, made for family and friends, and even donated twice to my son’s wrestling meets and not once was it not devoured!
I figured with the Super Bowl this weekend this would be the best time to share!
Now.. is this healthy? No. And it’s not meant to be. But I do personally pair it with veggies and a protein to make a balanced meal.. and to not eat the entire pot myself!
This makes about 6 servings but I do typically double it to feed a crowd- just a quick tip.
