Breakfast tends to be a struggle for most and I love quick options. I have shared different overnight oats recipes as well as chia seed ones. This time I wanted to use flax seed to give more of a creamy cereal texture as well as boost the omega 3’s in breakfast for Judd and I. I actually sneak them in my kids pancakes as well. They give such a nice nutty taste and overall this has a nice texture and is super filling!
