Lemon-garlic, kale and chicken orzo topped with goat cheese

I’ve gotten hooked on these orzo dinners because they are one skillet, quick and easy but full of flavor.

Disclaimer: I do not love normal kale but I do really like Tuscan kale, if you can’t find it or don’t like it substitute spinach instead.
