“I’m so tired of chicken,” this is definitely one of the top 5 things I hear daily. So here is a quick, easy but really tasty way to change up the boring chicken. It would also be great for those who meal prep as it tasted just as good reheated.
Serve with your favorites sides or even over a salad as well. I served it with roasted potatoes and green beans (that I did on a sheet pan for a super quick dinner).
