So while I love sharing recipes I love sharing ideas even more. Why? Because then you can see that eating balanced meals doesn’t need a different recipe for every night. It’s more of a “make sure you have protein, veggies, carbs and some fat” and throw together what you like. So I love sharing these ideas because then you can make them your own. And everything but the potatoes were made on the grill so its super easy. The potatoes could also be grilled to make it even easier but I wanted crunchy ones so I tossed them in the air-fryer.
This meal is one my husband and I enjoy and it’s one of my quick weeknight go-to meals. So give it a try.

Bowl contents:
Grilled sausage (I used a poultry based one but use what you like)
Grilled veggies (I used onions, asparagus and mushrooms- seasoned with whatever you like and some olive oil)
Air fried potatoes- seasoned the same as veggies
Goat cheese
Balsamic glaze
