Shrimp Po’boy Tacos

Po’Boy sandwiches are one of my favorites things to order when eating out. So I thought not make one but turn it into a taco!

This meal came together super fast, the trick is to make this coleslaw ahead of time so the flavors have time to combine. I also breaded the shrimp ahead of time and just cooked them when ready to eat. You can also skip the breading all together if you’d like.
