Zucchini, bagel and sausage egg cups


I hadn’t made egg cups in a while because I burned poor Judd and I out on them. But I have so much zucchini I thought I’d come up with a different combination this week, and it did not disappoint! I usually use whole eggs but used egg whites today to make it quicker AND give a different option for all of you. Give them a try!
